It’s stand up comedy meets intersectionality as comedians tell jokes about groups that they are NOT a part of while a panel of comedians and people representing that group sit on stage. After the comedian’s sets, the representation panel claps back on the set and either roasts or toasts the comedians.
It is an experiment in bringing minority voices onstage to respond to jokes about them and their culture…FOR COMEDIC PURPOSES.
You will laugh, the comics may cry but everyone will learn something, DAMMIT!
This Month, the ladies CLAP BACK !
