Adam Klein + Renshaw Davies + Brian Revels

TUE JUN 21 8 PM
$6 Adv – $8 Door
Doors @ 7 PM

Eventbrite - Adam Klein + Renshaw Davies + Brian Revels

Adam Klein (8pm) is a singer/songwriter, troubadour, and world traveler playing Americana and rustic country folk music out of Athens, Georgia. With five albums under his belt, Klein now performs either solo, duo, or with his band, Adam Klein & The Wild Fires.

Renshaw Davies (9pm) is a new roots / folk duo based in New Orleans, Louisiana, comprised of John Renshaw (vocals, guitar) and Emily Davies (vocals, light percussion). They draw influences from the fused harmonies of Gillian Welch and David Rawlings, the desert air of Fleetwood Mac, Shovels and Rope’s sweet and wild abandon, Bob Dylan’s raw poetry, and the acerbic wit of Father John Misty.

Brian Revels (10pm) is probably most recognized as the brazen voice behind Atlanta, Georgia's, City Mouse, a bourbon-barreled version of an Avett Brother's rip-off (in the best possible way). If you know him, you might also tend to picture him holding a banjo. But, long before the birth of this rowdy string trio, he has been scribbling lyrics on scrap paper - restaurant order pads, receipts, check stubs - and picking a well-loved 6-string confidante.

Ryan Sobb + Violet Delancey + Fairshake

THU JUN 23 8 PM
$7 Adv – $10 Door
Doors @ 7 PM

Eventbrite - Ryan Sobb + Violet Delancey + Fairshake

Ryan Sobb fits loosely into the alt-country bringing a bit of a midwestern storyteller's voice and a sound rooted in heartland rock.

Violet Delancey is a true storyteller in the vein of Emmylou Harris or Bob Dylan with smooth-as-honey vocals and a sincere depiction of the human experience.

Fairshake is makes beautiful indie southern pop that's catchy and infectious. If you put Liz Phair, Kate Veogele, Gin Blossoms, and Echo and the Bunnymen into a blender with a splash of Dum Dum Girls, Big Star, and The Raspberries, you’d get something akin to Fairshake.

Montana Skies’ music thrills with a sound much bigger than any two instruments should rightfully produce with the full spectrum of an orchestra and the energy of a rock band. This eclectic duo utilizes amplified acoustic instruments with a modern twist. By fusing traditional sounds with new technology, they generate music with multiple layers, textures and rhythm...and it’s all created live! In concert the duo delves into music from Pink Floyd to Vivaldi, as well as their own, award winning, originals that have been featured everywhere from NPR to the Travel Channel. Montana Skies’ touring has taken them all across the US, Canada and to Asia and Russia.
