Red Light Café hosts an evening of fashion, film and music! This special night will premiere director Theshay West's latest film “Simply Amazing”, feature soulful performances from Dream "The Urban Musical" and Ajae Moore, and host the final showdown of the Industry Revolution Music Video Competition where six artists face off to win a music video directed by Theshay.

Get ready for a wonderful black tie event! This special night will be premiering director Theshay West latest work, a film called “Simply Amazing”. The film tells a story about an ailing woman fighting through Alzheimer’s who has forgotten what love feels like. However, through her endearing caregiver she is soon reminded. This heart-warming tale is one that almost anyone can enjoy.
Theshay has extensive experience in the film industry. He has earned the respect of many in the business. Known for his creativity, hard work, and tenacity, there is no production that he cannot work through. Before he could even graduate, Theshay found himself working with some of the industry’s most influential figureheads. These moguls include Jermaine Dupri, Mariah Carey, Ludacris, Kandi Burrus, and First Lady Michelle Obama. He has produced, directed and written many documentaries, short films, music videos and commercials. He now wants to make his dream of creating a feature film and live stage play a reality while also giving back to the community.
Along with the film premiere the audience will enjoy soulful tunes from the members of Dream “The Urban Musical” who will be headlining. Dream will bring us back to the days of the soulful '60s, performing hits from the likes of Aretha Franklin, The Temptations, and many more while also giving a taste of what is to come soon from their musical, premiering in Feb 2014.
The amazing artist Ajae Moore will also entertain us. Moore is a Memphis-helmed singer, and his soulful voice brings anyone with ears into a state of harmony. His most recent accomplishments include opening for the platinum-selling recording artist Drake, and releasing his amazing debut EP, Entrance.
Finally, we will be witness to the Industry Revolution Music Video Competition final showdown where six local artists, chosen by fans, will each have the chance to win a Theshay West directed music video. The artists are:
