The Whiskey Jackets are a crazy collection of awesome friends from New Orleans that love to play music.

Remy Duguet

Hailing from Charlottesville, Virginia, and playing with many groups there, including The Judy Chops, The Bourbon Specials and The Rock & Roll Cannibals, Remy was on a roll and decided to take a leap of faith and moved to New Orleans in 2012.  He quickly found a home in the music scene in New Orleans playing bass in the wildly successful Freaksheaux to Geaux band and the vaudevillianesque trio, The Speakeasy Serenaders.

Thugsy Malone

A true triple-threat and then some, Thugsy has spent his entire life as a performer.  His mother was a costume designer in Hollywood and he always knew the stage was his calling. After studying performance, he lived in and Intentional Queer Community in the woods of Tennessee for thirteen years and worked as a stage manager in Nashville.  He then moved to Portland and later San Francisco and found great success as a male clown in the burlesque and drag scenes out west.  After moving to New Orleans in 2011, Thugsy has been clowning and performing in various burlesque troupes, including Freaksheaux to Geaux.  He also can be seen playing banjolin and singing with The Speakeasy Serenaders.

Mallory McKendry

A second-generation singer, Mallory has always been encouraged and inspired by her mother’s beautiful voice.  With a background in theatre and opera, she brings depth to the performance of any song.  Over the last 16 years she has traveled to Hawaii, India, South America, Haiti and Jamaica singing for the United States Navy Bands.  In her free time she writes songs and performs throughout New Orleans and the Southeast with groups like Longfellow Street (winner of the Veer Award for best Americana Band) and The Whiskey Jackets!

Sadie Hawkins is a burlesque aerialist and fire performance artist based in Atlanta, Ga. Whether she's taking to the stage as a mermaid or eating fire, she transforms experiences everywhere she goes - her aerial and fire performance is charged with a burlesque sensibility, often fusing them into performance art.

Since her debut in 2004, Sadie has been entertaining audiences both solo and with troupes counted among the best of Atlanta. Currently an independent performer, Sadie travels extensively as a featured performer at corporate events, festivals and local productions, and she was headliner of the inaugural Virginia Burlesque & Sideshow Festival in 2013.

Sadie Hawkins has been working with Hot Toddies Cabaret since 2009, and as well as collaborating with Flight of Swallows, an improv music and aerial performance group she co-founded with cellist Deisha Oliver in 2010. Previously, Sadie co-founded Blast-Off Burlesque, performing and producing with the group from 2006-2012. Known for quirky, performance art-style acts, Blast-Off Burlesque was voted Best Burlesque Troupe in Creative Loafing’s annual Best of Atlanta survey 2009 through 2012 and in 2010, Atlanta Magazine named the group Atlanta’s Best Burlesque troupe. Sadie Hawkins began her relationship with burlesque as part of Doll Squad Burlesque Revue in 2004.

Sadie is best known for performing and teaching lyra (aerial hoop). In addition to lyra, she regularly works with fire and a variety of aerial apparatus including aerial net, silk sling, aerial rope, still rings, trapeze, chains, and a variety of improvised apparatus.
