Gold Griffith was Born in Cincinnati OH in the 80's. The 2nd son of a Single Mother and Struggling Musician Gold discovered his love and pain through music at a very young age. Writing, producing, singing and playing multiple instruments he found peace and purpose through music. "G o l d." His soulful self-titled debut album was Produced, Performed, and Recorded All by Gold alone in his home studio... "I didn't desire anything but progress... My music became my obsession".
Recently signing with Defient management group, home of superstar like B.o.b, and Kevin Gates, Golds future is looking bright. His recent project "DoTheRightThing" is already receiving critical acclaim amongst his peers. Golds music resonates and has emotional content... you just can't duplicate that. In an industry that lacks heart & soul, Gold fills the void with perfection.
Visto is a singer, rapper, and songwriter known as the Head Hippie and founder of Hippie Life Krew (DMV-based music and lifestyle collective). His distinctive tone, surprising falsetto, knack for hooks, and hippie ethos organically cultivated a homegrown fanbase sparking love and peace wherever he rolls.
Visto’s experimental and eclectic sound, paired with irresistibly catchy hooks, have drawn comparisons to a mixture of Bob Marley, Maxwell, Andre 3000, and Akon. "Bussin Sudz," Visto's collaboration with Dew Baby & 2Tall, made Complex's 2016 "Bout to Blow: 10 Dope New Songs You Should Be Hearing Everywhere Soon." The Fader premiered Visto's single and accompanying video for "Namaste" featuring T.I.'s son Domani Harris and Australian singer Emmaline. Visto was also featured in The Washington Post article, "Visto's Feel-Good R&B Feels Different."
Benjamin Button Experiment is just a band showcasing music that was born from desire teetering on the edge of survival... Not looking to be saved, but just to be. This band is currently the combination of 2 songwriters, 3 musicians, 4 visionaries, and 1 pet hamster... The hamster is imaginary, but that should explain a lot.
Take one look at this genre-bending, culture-shocking duo, and one could see how their name fits so appropriately. Hailing from Atlanta, Ga and Cincinnati, Ohio respectively, the artist known as “Dolla” and female vocalist “Ring” collectively make up the group titled WHOAA (pronounced WHOAA!). With their polished sound delivery and a eye-catching image oozing with commercial sensibility, equipped with a highly energetic stage presence, this duo is a like a breath of fresh air in today’s crowded music scene. Female member “Ring”, a fiery blonde, pop-rock diva with a “Britney meets Lita Ford” vocal edge, who formerly recorded under “Slim” Williams & Cash Money Records, brings out the sexier edge of WHOAA. The other half, “Dolla”, a genre-defying lyricist with retro 80s “funk” flair, with much versatility that seamlessly weaves Hip-Hop and Pop, brings quite the dynamic balance to WHOAA.
