The 2nd Annual Jam for Dan: A Benefit for the Daniel DeSevo Scholarship at Emory University

The Wittens' Family Style Band is once again hosting an all-ages open mic-style jam to benefit the Daniel DeSevo Scholarship Endowment at Emory University. This year, we'll be celebrating Dan by mangling some songs from the 1990's, and we invite you to throw on your favorite flannel, Doc Martens, and/or MC Hammer puffy pants and do the same. Ready to showcase your acoustic reworking of "Macarena"? Well, this might just be the perfect venue for you.  If you (or your kids!) would like to play a song or two, please contact us prior to the event so we can put together the slate of performers.

Like last year's Jam, donations are neither expected nor required in order to attend, play, or sing along at this fundraiser, but any donations are certainly appreciated, and you'll even get a *free* Jam for Dan t-shirt with any contribution of $40 or more. And, once again, if you'd like to try to convince us to stop butchering a particular song that you've always held dear, a nice contribution to the scholarship will probably do the trick.
