Originally from the Lone Star State, Franki Markstone burst onto the Florida scene in 2002. She began performing in 2003, but her professional career kicked into high gear when “Ana Mosity” came into play on the pages of Pro Wrestling Illustrated ‘s 2004 collectors edition of “Most Beautiful Women of Wrestling”. Unfortunately her time in the wrestling world was cut short by a severe neck injury. Always the promoter and performer, Markstone turned her tragedy into an opportunity to focus on the other passion in her life, Burlesque. In 2003 she helped form and eventually co-produced Thee Vaudvillains with Vita DeVoid, boasting south Florida’s largest burlesque and cabaret cast. Franki became the face and voice of that show, taking a mic into her hand for the first time and becoming not only one of the shows feature performers, but also it’s host and emcee. Drawing on her comedy and quick wit, it was here that she really found connection with her fan base. Her audiences loved her for her quick and sharp comebacks giving her the moniker “The delightfully obnoxious mouth piece”. Markstone has traveled the country, entertained thousands of fans, made her mark in many different fields and forms of entertainment having never confined herself to just one “gimmick”…but there one thing she is infamous for. Tassels. This isn’t your everyday tassel twirling! Franki’s tassel isolations have skyrocketed her popularity in burlesque shows all over the east coast. As she continues to further her career in entertainment, comedy, burlesque and sideshow, one can only imagine what she will come up with next. Last heard, it included eating glass…Just another layer in a big ball of wow!
