Red Light Café is Atlanta's premiere listening room for Americana, Bluegrass, Country & Western, Folk, Blues, Jazz, Roots Rock, and everything in between — including some of the best Comedy Shows and Burlesque in the Southeast! Located on the east side of Piedmont Park in Midtown Atlanta's Amsterdam Walk, Red Light Café is a cozy live entertainment and music venue with tables and seating for over 100 folks to enjoy an intimate show with a full bar and kitchen for drinks, appetizers and entrées.

Storytelling Open Mic: SHOWTIME

"All the world's a stage," said William Shakespeare. 

Bring your 5 to 7 minute story on the theme of SHOWTIME. Your moment to shine in the spotlight, with everyone’s eyes on you. Your fifteen minutes of fame. Whether you were literally on a stage or not, share a story about when you rose to the moment. 

If you want to share your story with others, please put your name in the hat! We want to hear your stories. No standup or poetry, please. 

This FREE event will be held at Red Light Cafe on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. 

This Stories Worth Sharing event is hosted by Jessie Miller and Cat Nguyen.

Doors @ 7:30 PM (masks are strongly encouraged, but not required; all ages)

Registration for this free event is OPTIONAL, but it does help us know how many folks to expect and how to staff accordingly. :)
