Jon Waits is an award winning singer-songwriter from Atlanta, Georgia who found his literal, and musical home in Savannah four years ago. After twenty years of being on the run from himself and traveling many miles in search of 'something more' he discovered a welcoming, creative community in the low country. Having been a professional musician for over twenty-five years he now fronts the alt-country trio Waits & Co., performs solo from time to time, and enjoys creating music with a wide variety of the region's notable players. While performing live is something he enjoys, the crafting of songs is his lifeblood & therapy of sorts. More projects & 'happenings' are currently in the works and 2016 looks to be another busy year for him.'
