Where actors get tipsy—but never quite sink!

The actors will sing, they’ll stumble and sway,
As Horton and Mayzie have cocktails away.
The Cat in the Hat with a bottle or two,
Might mix up the words, or just mix a brew!

So come and bear witness, it’s truly a feat,
With rhymes and with rhythms, both clever and sweet.
It’s cabaret chaos, a boozy delight,
That’ll make you laugh loud through the whole silly night!

Acting Under the Influence combines theatre and drinking (two of our most favorite activities) in a fun and safe environment for performers and audience members alike. The actors are encouraged to drink by tips from the audience. AUI productions have included cabarets, full-length plays, and many other boozy theatrical shenanigans.
