Ben Wade is an acoustic singer/songwriter and musician based out of Atlanta, Georgia. His raw and soulful vocals are reminiscent of the “old school” soul singers, but with a bit more of a contemporary feel. He burst onto the Atlanta music scene in the mid ‘90’s, playing around such impressive talents as Shawn Mullins, Matthew Kahler, Kristen Hall, Mark Reynolds, Jonathan Ripley, Jason Marcum, Tommy Thompson and Don Conoscenti. In 1995, he was named “Best Acoustic Artist” by Creative Loafing Magazine.
The Ben Wade Band was formed when solo artist Ben Wade met up with a couple of very talented musicians who complimented Ben’s vocal styling. At this particular time, the band is evolving with several different groups of musicians sharing the stage with him. Ben also enjoys playing with many musicians from around the world who often sit in for a set at his shows. The Ben Wade Band is performing throughout the southeast, bringing a fantastic freshness to the music scene. Ben is currently in the studio recording new material, with the debut CD due out soon.
Jason Marcum is a solo artist whose motto is “music all the time”. Since 1995 hI have released and appeared on over 20 records. I manage, book, record, and tour over 260 dates a year. Though my main income is playing covers for people having a good time, it has allowed me to grow at my own rate to the artist I strive to be. I'm always excited about releasing new songs and albums, and I'm finally at a stage in my career to do so at a constant pace.
Bulow is a project combining the songwriting, production, and musical talent of Sean Bulow and Calvin Silcox. Since meeting over a decade ago the two have been in several bands together and have always shared similar philosophies and ideas on music. Their approach is honest and virtually ego free, resulting in recordings that reach out to listeners with an inherent desire.
