Void Luna — February 25, 2017 — Red Light Café, Atlanta, GA

Void Luna is an Atlanta based modern alternative rock band powered by Matt Urbanek (drums, lead vocals), Grammy Award winner Robert Hannon (bass, vocals), Michael Hannon (guitar, vocals) and Joe Monticello (guitar, vocals). Combining melodic vocals, a punchy rhythm section and straight forward rocking guitars, Void Luna brings a powerful sound and show to the stage. Drawing on influences from Rush, Police to the Cure, Void Luna has crafted catchy quirky songs and a high energy memorable live experience.

Matt and Robert have been writing, recording and playing together is various bands since early 2000. Robert's brother Michael Hannon agreed to join the group in 2011 after the departure of Joe Monticello. Joe returned to the band in late 2012 to complete the circle and bring Void Luna to the next level. Void Luna brings a refined but focused style of rock back to the forefront.
