Come celebrate the music of Broadway with a "bring your own sheet music" sing-along hosted by your favorite Facebook musical theatre nerd, Joe M. Turner!
Musical theatre performers, fans, and confirmed junkies are invited to come and bring a friend. Joe will be at the piano ready to accompany you and as many of the audience as want to join you! Envision a showtune karaoke with a live accompanist!

Order food & drinks and tip your server.
Want to sing something? Bring it - preferably adjusted for as few page-turns as possible. Please don't bring me a stiff, barely-used vocal selections book that won't stay open -- make it easy for me to accompany you!
If you want to sing and you have a PDF you can send me in advance, that would be great. It would be great to have a chance to run through it beforehand. Comment your requests on the Facebook event.
I'll have an extensive library of piano/vocal/conductor scores ready to go. I'll do my best to accompany you from my tablet if necessary. I'll try to oblige your requests but please understand that I am knowledgeable but not omniscient, and that tastes vary.
I will intersperse a few group numbers among the solos -- you may be French student revolutionaries, depression era orphans, farmers and cowboys, or something else. We'll see what happens!
If the glass bowl on the piano is too full to accept your dollar bills, switch to a five, ten, or twenty as they take up less space!
