Ethan Jodziewicz & Tatiana Hargreaves brings together the unique voices of innovative genre-bending double bassist Ethan Jodziewicz and award-winning Appalachian fiddler and singer Tatiana Hargreaves in a passionate and virtuosic acoustic duo.
Fueled by an instant chemistry sparked from collaborations, jam sessions, and philosophical discussions at the Savannah Music Festival’s Acoustic Music Seminar in 2013, the musical connection between Ethan and Tatiana runs deep and flows with ease. Their rapidly expanding repertoire combines traditional Appalachian tunes and songs, Swedish polskas and original compositions. Drawing on diverse musical backgrounds (chamber music to old-time, jazz to progressive-acoustic) they create a lush sound born out of reverence for tradition and a desire to push the boundaries of string playing.
Not content to adhere to the traditional roles of their instruments, Ethan and Tatiana share equal responsibility as soloist and accompanist, intricately intertwining melodies and harmonies. Throughout the course of a performance, they engage in thru-composed string arrangements, expand into burning improvisations, and play dual-fiddles (it’s true, the bass can be a fiddle too!), and sing in two-part harmony on classic tunes and songs.
Tatiana and Ethan released their self-titled debut EP in May of 2015, and continue to maintain a busy schedule, both as a duo and in other projects.

Brand new duo The Ormewoods are Grammy winning producer/engineer/musician Don McCollister and Atlanta Intown Songwriter founder and independent radio favorite Claire Pearson.
Their song "Year of Mercy" (which hasn't been released yet) was named a Runner Up in 2016 #songoftheyear international songwriting competition.
Their music is described as "sexy folk pop country" and their first album "The Bedroom Sessions" is currently in production. The project is a result of songs Claire wrote detailing the first 90 days of their reconnection. They decided the best way to capture the intimate nature of the songs was to turn Claire's bedroom into a recording studio. Don set up his recording gear and the album was recorded over a series of "bedroom sessions". #heybabe can be heard here on ReverbNation.
They are passionate about supporting local causes with music, building and strengthening the Atlanta music community, and both continue to collaborate with other artists. Don plays bass and produces the Smokin' Novas and Claire writes and performs as #thedaffodils with longtime co-writer and former Nashville recording artist Heidi Higgins. While each has an active fan base individually, they are beginning to build one as a duo.
